At Wear Group PL we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, so please read the below carefully. Orders that are “Core Colours” can be exchanged at any point for a change of size, store credit or refund. Providing all garments are sent back within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. All garments must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights as set out by the ACCC. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and or order number with a written explanation of what you require. No return orders will be accepted marked “Return to Sender” or without the accompanying invoice. Refunds, exchanges and store credit will be at the sole discretion of Wear Group PL. Custom Colour orders cannot be returned or exchanged after the order is placed. If you are unsure of colours or sizing please call us on 1300 932 747, and we can help with fabric swatches and sample sizing. Please ensure all orders are correct before placing the order. As no changes can be made once the manufacturing process has begun. Embroidery set up will take 3–5 days and a stitch out will be sent for approval first. Once the stitch out is approved, It must be returned with the consent form and accompanying signature to Po Box 999, Torquay Vic 3228 before we can embroider any garment. Embroidery takes between 12-48hrs upon receipt of the original signed stitch out, at which point garments will be sent to you when completed. Please note there are no refunds or exchanges on any garments that are either custom or that have been embroidered. It is up to you to make sure the logo and sizing are all correct.
